It's a dream come true to get to live and work at our lodges, with all of Yosemite National Park as your playground on your days off!
People are often surprised to learn that we are a small company that is owned and operated by two Bay Area dads who are well-respected stewards of our region, using business as a force for good. They put their heart and soul into creating incredible Yosemite experiences for guests, and a nurturing work environment where staff can enjoy their time and thrive.
Take a look at our snapshot of how we use BUSINESS AS A FORCE FOR GOOD, and know that when you join our team you can be extremely proud to be making a meaningful contribution too!

We are blessed with a truly magical and convenient location to enjoy all of Yosemite National Park and the surrounding Stanislaus National Forest.
Rush Creek Lodge and Evergreen Lodge, are the most conveniently located of all Yosemite lodging areas for access to all three of the most prominent parts of the Park: Yosemite Valley, Tuolumne Meadows and Hetch Hetchy.
The lodge is a special place to work, just as it is a special place for our guests. We are committed to creating a supportive environment and a rewarding work experience for our staff. While we have high expectations of staff, successful staff members love working at the lodge and don’t want to leave.
